At Fish River Truffles, we believe the finest flavours are born from patience, care, and a deep respect for the land. Nestled in the rolling hills of Central West New South Wales, our family run truffière is more than a farm, it’s a living story of soil, seasons, and the joyful bond between humans, our dogs, and nature.

Each winter, as the frosts settle in, our loyal truffle dogs Frank and Luna lead us on hunts that feel equal parts ritual and adventure. Together, we unearth winter truffles treasures destined for the kitchens of chefs, food lovers, and dreamers from Bathurst to Sydney. 

But Fish River Truffles is not just about harvests. It’s about connection: between farmer and chef, between paddock and plate, between the quiet rhythms of rural life and the vibrant pulse of culinary creativity. We share our journey openly through our blog, stories, photographs, and encounters with wildlife, because provenance matters, and every truffle carries the imprint of the land and the people that nurtured it.
